I have exposed myself to every diet known to woman, educated on it or applied. I am not a yo-yo dieter but believe it takes one a multitude of diets to figure out what is the best fit for everyone. I am known as the Narcissistic Nutritionist, Pro Anti-ager, All-Canadian Figure Competitor & I have bit of a vitamin addiction too. I made sense of what works for me long ago, and happy to share with you what I have learned so far. 2011, I went from a typical competition diet, eating a lot of animal protein, cooked egg whites, dry curd cheese, fish and yes whey protein to a completely RAW food diet, eating for my Blood Type, and a whole lotta hemp hearts, raw nuts & seeds, and superfoods.
