Welcome to my world of nutrition. For over the last decade, 20 years I have been active in the health, fitness & wellness. I have exposed myself to every diet known to woman, educated on it or applied. I am not a yo yo dieter but believe it takes one a multitude of diets to figure out what is the best fit for everyone. I am known as the Narcissistic Nutritionist, Pro Anti-ager, & I have bit of a vitamin addiction too, I made sense of what works for me long ago, and happy to share with you what I have learned so far.
